The Wild Dance of Light: midsummer full moon concert – near Dartmoor
June 22 @ 7:30 pm – 10:30 pm
Dance into the heart of the summer with this evening of moon-brimming music and song.
This will be our first concert of the year: a celebration of midsummer, the full moon and our triple album launch! During the winter we wove together new music that has been in incubation for the last few years We wandered from soul-filled to mystical. from earthy to ethereal, from dream-wrapped to dance-infused. Now we have three albums which braid beautifully into each other.
The Creel & the Crock & the Cauldron – song weavings and spell bindings that celebrate untamed spirits and the unfurling hag years
This Remembered Earth – may we honour the joy, beauty, sorrow and hope of our sacred world with bright hearts and rebellious souls
Lichenheart – Tender instrumental exploration of the exquisite dreamscape of ancient moorland
