SEPTEMBER

13 Sat - DARTMOOR, Lower Merripit Farm, Postbridge
ASHES AND EARTH: New Exhibition opening. Preview evening of Carolyn’s new cycle of paintings, describing four different gateways into the silent lands, a starkly beautiful landscape of death and restoration; solitude, incubation, inspired renewal and the illumination of memory. Hand-crafted ceremonial & sacred drums also available for sale. The roundhouse will also be open.
Exhibition open from 6pm-11pm with wine, refreshments and an introductory talk.

19 to 21 - THIRTEEN MOONS, Dartmoor, DEVON
Autumn Festival on Dartmoor for Women celebrating bright edges, deep shadows, ancient sisterhood and wild hills. Featuring workshops, talks, seminars and concerts, song circles, drum house and shared rituals. Hosted by Carolyn Hillyer.

20 & 21 - DARTMOOR, Lower Merripit Farm, Postbridge
MIDWINTER FROST AND FIRE evenings. Two very special evening concerts to celebrate the magic of the season and the star-filled winter skies, with wonderful music, ancient stories and beautiful visual images, presented in the traditional style of the cold lands in candle-lit marquee with charcoal and wood fires - please bring warm clothing, blankets, hot water bottles and cushions to keep yourself cosy! Warming soup, teas and other brews served inside guest cottage before concert and during interval. Roundhouse hearth will also be lit.
Open from 7pm, concert starts 8pm, £10. Tickets from Seventh Wave.
